What did everyone think about the Voice? I personally have never really watched Idol that much. I don't like the idea of making fun of the poor fools that either don't know how bad they are or are looking for their 15 minutes. I think it is great that they picked people without being able to see what they looked like. I liked the interaction with their celebrity singer as a coach. My favorite was Vicki. The best performance was the show last week when she was playing the drums and singing " Dog Days are over". All of the singers, even the top 8 were really great. I enjoyed watching every performer and I felt the coaches really truly enjoyed working with their mentorees. I also loved Javier song with Adam Levine and the final song with Stevie Nicks. Landslide is one of my favorite songs of all time and he really did a fantastic job. I'd like to hear what you all thought. Talk to me! Momma T

New Idea for Bravo TV

I was thinking the other day- the Real Housewives Show is a phenomenon and most of the the different subgroups are still doing great and have a terrific following (sorry Miami girls- NOT).  But-if the whirlwind ever begins to die down- I have an idea!  I am a teacher and am familiar with the idea of foreign exchange students.  In the real world this is a concept where a student comes in from another country and stays with a host family and then leaves at the end of the school year.  The idea is that learning a new culture and the exposure to a new language will send this little ambassador back to their home country full of happy,shiny thoughts of the American way of life and our language and colloquialisms.

Well why not have a cultural exchange on the Real housewives?  Send Ne Ne to Beverly Hills and she can live with Lisa.  They lost their little house guest last season so they have room for her.  Ne Ne can teach them how to pick a wig and win an argument using a whole different set of tactics than they typically use in BH.  Lisa and the other girls can take Ne Ne to the plastic surgeons of the stars and get those girls setting pretty for once!  Possibly they can teach her their idea of class and elegance and I swear the high jinks would be certainly follow over a season. 

Come on Andy Cohen- this is golden and you know it!  Can you imagine sending Tamara to Jersey and she can take some lessons from Teresa on how to toss a table.  I just think that this is the next big thing for the housewives.  Let me know what you think!!  Momma T

Likes:  Andy Cohen, Bill Maher, Oprah, Kathy Griffin, Teresa -the Jersey housewife, Lost, True blood, Weeds, Dexter,  President Obama- most of the time.

Dislikes:  Sarah Palin and the gun toting right wing loonies, Bankers, Rush ( the dude on Fox News not the rock band), people that make laws that make it difficult for immigrants.

Best event of the week:  The vote in NY state favoring marriage for all.

Worst event of the week: The idiots that are fighting with each other outside the courthouse in the Casey Anthony trial

Biggest belly-laugh of the week:  Adam Carolla on Andy Cohen- Watch What happens.  He was playing a game with Jill Zarin and trying to get her to figure out the house wife.  Camille Grammer's picture appeared and he said, "Fuck Kelsey Grammer".  Jill figured that one out right away!

Now- give me a break.  I am new at this.  But I do have opinions and I am giving this a shot!  Let me know what you think!  Momma T
